产妇安胶囊在药物流产后阴道出血中的临床应用

Analysis of the Clinical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Chanfu'an Capsules on Vaginal Hemorrhage after Drug Abortion

目的:探讨中成药产妇安胶囊应用于药物流产后阴道出血中的临床效果。方法:选择2013年5月—2014年7月本院妇产科收治的自愿要求药物流产来终止妊娠的80例早孕妇女,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组各40例,在药物流产胚囊排出后,对照组给予口服抗生素预防感染,连续服用7 d;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予产妇安胶囊口服,3粒/次,2次/d,连续服用7 d。观察两组患者临床疗效、阴道出血时间、阴道出血量及月经恢复情况。结果:对照组显效15例、有效16例、无效9例,总有效率为77.50%,治疗组显效29例、有效9例、无效2例,总有效率为95.00%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者阴道出血时间明显少于对照组,治疗组阴道出血量显著少于对照组,治疗组1个月内月经恢复正常的患者显著多于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中成药产妇安胶囊应用于药物流产后阴道出血中效果显著,可有效减少阴道出血量及缩短阴道出血时间,且对月经恢复有促进作用,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine chanfu＇an capsules for vaginal bleeding after drug abortion. Methods： 80 cases of early pregnancy women selected from 2013 May to 2014 July drug abortion in our hospital,whom were divided into two groups using a random number table method,each group had 40 cases,the drug abortion embryo sac after discharge,the control group was given oral antibiotics to prevent infection,taking 7 days in a row; the treatment group was given puerpera Ann Capsule on the basis of the control group,3 capsules each time,2 times / d,taking 7 days in a row. To observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the vagina bleeding time,the amount of vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery. Results： in the control group,15 cases markedly effective,16 cases effective,9 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 77. 50%,the treatment group had 29 cases markedly effective,effective 9 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total effective rate was 95%,total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0. 05）; vaginal bleedingtime was significantly less than that of the control group,the amount of vaginal bleeding in the treatment group was less than the control group,menstruation resumed normal in patients was significantly higher than that in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine chanfu＇ an capsules for vaginal bleeding after drug abortion was significantly,can effectively reduce the vaginal bleeding volume and shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,and promote the recovery of menstruation,it is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
