健脾解毒汤联合阿维A治疗斑块状银屑病80例

Jianpi Jiedu Tang Combined with Avermectin A for Training Plaque Psoriasis: A Report of 80 Cases

目的:探讨健脾解毒汤联合阿维A胶囊治疗斑块状银屑病的临床效果及安全性分析。方法:将斑块状银屑病患者160例采用随机数表法分为两组,每组各80例,对照组给予阿维A胶囊口服,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予健脾解毒汤。疗程均为8周,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组PASI评分和DLQI评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾解毒汤联合阿维A治疗斑块状银屑病效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状及生活质量,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Jianpi Jiedu Tang combined with avermectin A capsule in the treatment of plaque psoriasis. Methods： 160 patients were divided into two groups,each group had 80 cases,control group was given avermectin A capsule; the treatment group was given Jianpi Jiedu Tang based on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results： After the treatment,the effective rate of the control group was lower than that of treatment group（P〈0. 05）; PASI score and DLQI score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P〈0. 05）; the incidence of adverse reaction in the control group was higher than treatment group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Jianpi Jiedu Tang combined with avermectin A for treating plaque psoriasis is effect,clinical symptom and quality of life of patients can be improved,it is used in clinical practice.
