评价与分析中药联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效与安全性

Evaluation and Analysis on Effect and Safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine Therapy for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:多囊卵巢综合征患者采用中药联合克罗米芬治疗,评价与分析其临床疗效与安全性。方法:按照随机数字表法将2013年3月—2014年3月所收治的76例多囊卵巢综合征患者分组为对照组和观察组。对照组:采用西药罗米芬治疗,50mg/d;观察组:采用中药联合克罗米芬治疗。采用超声监测两组患者卵泡发育情况,观察两组患者临床治疗效果和临床症状改善及月经周期恢复等情况。结果:经治疗后,两组患者成熟卵泡排卵和卵泡发育比较(P>0.05);而两组患者子宫内膜厚度和妊娠率及月经周期异常改善比较(P<0.05);观察组患者中医证候有效率为94.74%(36/38)与对照组78.95%(30/38)比较(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清LH和FSH及T、PRL水平出现明显下降,与治疗前比较(P<0.05);而两组患者血清LH和T下降水平比较(P>0.05);但PRL水平比较(P<0.05)。结论:多囊卵巢综合征患者采用中药联合克罗米芬治疗,其可有效调整患者月经周期,提高妊娠率,有效地改善患者性激素水平。

Objective： To assess and analyze its clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） combined with Clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods： According to the random number table method,during March 2013-March 2014,76 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were grouped into control group and observation group.Control group： Clomiphene,50 mg / d. Observation group： the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and Clomifene. Two groups＇ follicular were observed by ultrasonic monitoring and we observed two groups＇ effect and the clinical symptoms improvment and the menstrual cycle and so on and so forth. Results： After treatment,two groups＇ mature follicle ovulation and follicular comparison was not significant（P〈0. 05）. And two groups＇ endometrial thickness and the pregnancy rate and abnormal menstrual cycle improvement were significant（P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇ s TCM symptoms effective rate was 94. 74%（36 /38） and the control group＇s was 78. 95%（30 /38） and the difference was significant（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,two groups＇ serum LH and FSH,T and PRL levels significantly declined significantly（P〈0. 05）. And serum LH and T levels in two groups were not significant（P〉0. 05）. But the PRL level comparison between two groups was significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and Clomifene can effectively adjust the menstrual cycle,increase the rate of pregnancy and effectively improve the sex hormone levels when treating polycystic ovary syndrome patients.
