摘要
引入循证医学理念和方法促进针灸经验决策模式向循证决策模式转变,对提高针灸临床疗效具有非常重要的意义。为了促进循证医学成果的推广以及临床原始资料的收集和处理,本文整合了加工管理循证信息的数据库技术、提炼最优诊疗方案的数据挖掘技术、提供循证决策支持的智能决策技术、采集临床资料的电子病历技术,构建了针灸临床循证决策信息整合平台,以期为针灸临床医生有效合理地运用研究证据进行针灸临床决策和研究提供技术支撑。
Introducing ideas and methodologies of evidence-based medicine（EBM） in acupuncture can facilitate the transformation of decision-making mode of acupuncture and moxibustion from experience-based medicine to evidence-based medicine,which will extremely improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture. In order to promote the popularization of EBM outcomes,collection and management of raw clinical materials,this paper integrates database technology to manage evidence-based information,refines the data mining technology of optimal therapeutic scheme,provides EBM decision support for intelligent decision-making technology,collects clinical material for electronic medical record（EMR） and builds evidence-based decision-making information integration platform of acupuncture and moxibustion,expecting to provide technology support to the clinical acupuncturists who can make clinical decisions and study research evidences efficiently and rationally.
