情志护理在视网膜脱离术后患者中的应用

Emotional Nursing in Patients with Retinal Detachment Surgery

目的:观察分析情志护理在视网膜脱离术后患者中应用的方法及效果。方法:选取64例视网膜脱离手术治疗患者为研究对象,数字法随机将患者分为观察组34例,对照组30例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中医情志护理干预,观察比较两组患者术前及术后生活质量改善情况、护理满意度差异。结果:观察组术后在社会活动、精神心理及生存质量总分均高于对照组,观察组术后护理总满意度为100.0%,高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:视网膜脱离术后给予患者情志护理能够较好的调整患者术后内脏气机功能,提高术后患者的治疗依从性,减少情志致病,对患者术后生存质量及护理满意度的提高有较好的效果。

Objective： To observe the effect of emotional nursing in patients with retinal detachment surgery. Methods： 64 cases of retinal detachment surgery patients were as the research objects and were randomly divided into observation group 34 cases and control group 30 cases. The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the observation group added traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） emotional nursing intervention. We compared two groups＇ preoperative and postoperative quality of life and the nursing satisfaction. Results： The observation group＇s postoperative social activity,mental and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group. The observation group＇s postoperative nursing total satisfaction was 100. 0%,higher than 83. 3%of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The emotional nursing for retinal detachment patients can better adjust the viscera-qi activity function after surgery,improve the treatment of postoperative compliance and reduce the diseases due to emotions. And it has a better effect on the improvement of patients＇ satisfaction with quality of life and nursing.
