中药治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

多数中医学者认为,强直性脊柱炎是由于肾虚督寒,寒热湿阻,瘀血阻络,或气血亏虚,肝肾不足,筋脉失养,骨质受损而为病。目前强直性脊柱炎的辨证分型尚未统一,各医家的分型角度不同,其治法也不尽相同。但总体可以归纳为以证候、病程、经络、性别等辨证分型。

Most scholars of traditional Chinese medicine thinks the cause of ankylosing spondylitis is due to kidney deficiency-cold,cold-heat and damp resistance,blood stasis resistance of main and collateral channels,or qi and blood deficiency,liver and kidney deficiency,tendon-vessel malnutrition,bone damage. At present,the syndrome differentiation of ankylosing spondylitis has not yet been unified,each doctor＇s angle of view in syndrome differentiation is different and the treatment is also different.But in general,the types can be summarized as the syndrome,course of disease,main and collateral channels,gender,etc.
