上海地区大龄脑瘫儿童康复治疗探讨

Study on the rehabilitation for the older children with cerebral palsy in Shanghai Area

脑瘫是一种致残率极高的疾病,需终生进行康复训练。随着越来越多的脑瘫儿童进入学校学习,大龄脑瘫儿童及其家长更需得到社会的关心和支持。在社区层面,需要将大龄脑瘫儿童的医疗康复服务延伸到学校,从而保证康复治疗的持续性和长期性,提高脑瘫儿童参与和适应社会的能力。

Cerebral palsy（CP） is a disease that results in a higher disability and requires the rehabilitation training throughout his life. With the increase of more and more children with CP going to school, the more social concern and support were expected by the older children with CP and their parents. At the community level, the medical rehabilitation for the older children with CP requires to be extended into the schools so as to guarantee the persistent and long-term rehabilitation and treatment to promote their ability of participation and adaptation into the society.
