COX Ⅳ在结直肠癌患者中的表达及其与临床病理参数的相关性

Expression of COX Ⅳ and its correlation with clinical characteristics in patients with human colorectal carcinoma

目的探讨COXⅣ基因在结直肠癌患者中的表达及其与临床病理参数的相关性。方法运用免疫组化检测COX Ⅳ在339例结直肠癌样品中的表达,分析其与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、位置、数量、TNM分期、癌胚抗原等指标的临床意义。结果免疫组化显示,COX Ⅳ在结肠癌组织中表达显著增加(P<0.001)。COX Ⅳ的表达与患者性别相关(P=0.017),与年龄、肿瘤大小、位置、数量、TNM分期、癌胚抗原等临床参数之间没有显著性关联。结论 COX Ⅳ表达与CRC患者性别相关,COX Ⅳ过表达可能在结肠癌的发生中起重要作用,值得进一步研究。

Objective To detect the expression of COX Ⅳ in human colorectal carcinoma（ CRC） by immunohistochemical techniques,and to analyze its correlation with clinical characteristics of human colorectal carcinoma. Methods COX Ⅳ expression was determined in 339 samples of CRC surgical tissues by immunohistochemistry,and its relation with clinicopathologic features was analyzed.Results Immunohistochemistry showed that COX Ⅳ expressed in colon cancer tissue increased significantly（ P〈0. 001）. Chi-square test results showed that the expression of COX Ⅳ was correlated with the gender（ P = 0. 017）,but not with age,tumor size,location,quantity,TNM staging,and carcinoembryonic antigen. Conclusion COX Ⅳ expression is associated with gender in CRC patients.COX Ⅳ overexpression may play an important role in the development of colon cancer.
