老年能动产业"以老年为中心"作为基本理念,具体指的是老年人作为主体主动参与的具有生产性意义的社会经济文化活动所构成的产业领域。老年能动产业意图通过在社会产业经济文化活动中确立老年人的主体性、主动性和参与性,为老年人构建一个能够有所为、有所学和有所乐的社会经济文化活动空间,积极实践"老有所为",进一步推动"以为促养",有效推动老年人物质生活和精神生活的不断改善和提高。

Senior industry is built mainly on the basis of providing goods and services for aged population. To make a distinction between senior subjectivity and initiative,dynamic senior industry puts seniors as active participants in the social,economic,and cultural activities of this industry.This will reflect the characteristics of＂productive aging ＂,and provide an appropriate definition of＂our old people are fully engaged and provided with a sense of belonging ＂. The key is to identify and build a suitable platform in order to propagate and develop dynamic senior industry effectively.
