摘要
台湾农业现代化问题错综复杂,其中农地利用与管理问题尤为严重,问题的核心在于法制面的未臻健全。该文从台湾农业法制面出发,探讨了台湾农业法律有关农业发展之条文及农业发展条例之规定,分析其存在的问题,提出农业立法应能配合农业发展现代化的要求,加以因应调整,与时俱进。
The problems of agricultural modernization are complex in Taiwan, especially, the problems of the land utilization and management are serious, and the core of the problems is caused by the imperfect legal system. From the agricultural law level of Taiwan, this paper discusses the relevant clauses and regulations about agricultural development in Taiwan agricultural law, and analyzes the existing problems. Then this paper puts forward the ideas that agricultural legislation should adjust timely and keep pace with the times, and agricultural legislation should be able to match the requirement of modern agricultural development.
