近红外光是指波长介于12500—4000cm。的电磁波。近红外光谱技术是利用近红外光谱区包含的物质的信息,用于有机物质定性和定量分析的一种方法,具有无污染、操作简便、测定速度快等优点,因此,广泛应用在食品各个领域中。本文介绍了近红外光谱技术原理和特点,在农产品产地溯源的技术流程及应用进展,以及目前近红外光谱技术用于产地溯源存在的问题和对未来的展望。
Near - infrared light is a kind of electromagnetic wave with a wavelength between 12500 and 4000cm - 1. Near infrared spectroscopy technology is a technology using the substance information of the near - infrared region of the spectrum in qualitative and quantitative analysis of the organics. It is non -polluting, easy - operating, fast- testing and more and more wide application in all fields. This article introduces the detecting method and application in the origin traceability of agricultural product, the research progress, the problems and prospects of the near infrared spectroscopy technology.
