26例皮肤软组织扩张器埋植Ⅰ期围手术期的护理

Nursing care of skin soft tissue expander implant stage Ⅰ patients with peri operation period

目的对26例皮肤软组织扩张器埋植Ⅰ期围手术期患者的护理。方法收治26例患者,在Ⅰ期的术前对患者的心理、皮肤清洁、扩张器做好准备,术后密切观察扩张器注水过程,以及注水后的并发症观察与护理、及时处理并发症,对患者及家属进行出院后注水期间的健康教育。结果 24例患者出院后经过定期注水、养皮;2例注水后期,均顺利进行了Ⅱ期手术。结论认真规范的操作、精心的护理及行之有效的健康教育可以有效提高皮肤软组织扩张术的成功率。

Objective To nurse 26 cases of skin soft tissue expander implant stage I patients during perioperation period. Methods 26 patients were admitted in the first stage, the preoperative patients psychological, the skin clean, dilator ready, postoperative close observation of dilator liquid injection process and injection, the complication after the observation and nursing of complications, timely treatment, health education after discharge during water injection for patients and their families. Results 24 patients discharged from the hospital after the regular water injection, keep skin; 2 cases of late period of water injection, were successfully carried out the second stage surgery. Conclusions Carefully standardized operation, careful nursing and effective health education can effectively improve the skin soft tissue expansion operation success rate.
