摘要 低排烟温度对于节能降耗、提高锅炉的安全可靠性具有重要的实际意义。烟气余热利用有利于降低排烟温度和提高机组热经济性。对河北某电厂4×330 MW的发电机组实施烟气余热利用工程改造,通过在锅炉尾部烟道布置烟气冷却器,将锅炉的排烟温度由原偏高的实际运行温度降低到适于除尘器运行及脱硫的某一温度,烟气冷却器将这部分热量回收到凝结水或热网水中。根据烟气冷却器主要布置方式及特点,提出2种设计方案。通过对两种方案进行节能效益和经济效益的分析和对比,结果表明设计方案二优于第一种设计方案。具有显著的经济与环境效益。 Low exhaust gas temperature is of vital significance to energy saving, improves the reliability and safety of boiler. Flue gas waste heat utilization helps reduce exhaust gas temperature and improve unit thermal economy. The implementation of a power plant generating units in Hebei four sets of 330 MW engineered by waste heat from flue gas in the boiler,through the tail flue arrangement of flue gas cooler, the exhaust gas temperature of the boiler by the actual operating temperature of the original high down to a temperature suitable for dust collector operation and desulfurization of flue gas cooler, the heat recovery of condensed water or water to heat supply network.According to the flue gas cooler main layout and characteristics, proposed two kinds of design.Through the two programs for energy efficiency analysis and comparison results show that the design is better than the first two designs.With the economic and environmental benefits significant.
