摘要
某电厂300 MW等级60 Hz机组在调试期间额定转速下稳定运行时,高中压及低压转子出现各瓦振动突然增大现象,突变前各瓦振动数值在优良范围内,引起电厂运行人员的高度重视。调取振动出现突变前后各瓦的振动图谱及数据,经诊断分析,确定引起机组振动发生突变的原因为机组中低连接对轮连接出现错位造成。制定振动故障处理方案并实施,振动数值恢复至故障前振动水平,分析和处理措施得到验证,异常振动也被彻底消除。
During the level of 300 MW 60Hz turbine of a power plant debugging, the unit operated at rated speed steadily,the vibration of HIP and LP rotor changed suddenly, vibrations of all bearings were small and steady, the operators of the power plant were pay attention to this sign. Taking all bearings vibration chart and data before and after step change,through diagnosing and analyzing the vibration data, the reason of vibration step change is that the coupling between IP and LP is misalignment. Planning and modification has been implemented, vibration value recovered previous no fault's level, the analysis and treatment were fully confirmed and the abnormal vibration was eliminated.
