摘要
水电站进水阀门操作通常采用液压接力器,进水阀在关闭过程中,活门自身具有较大动水自关闭趋势,在接力器关闭力及动水力矩作用下,接力器关闭速度较快,需在接力器全关位置附近采取合适的节流缓冲措施,来调节关闭规律,避免活塞与接力器后缸盖产生撞钢现象,损害接力器。介绍了两种常用于进水阀接力器节流缓冲结构的特点及原理。
Hydraulic servomotor will always used for operating of inlet valve, and on the closing process there is large self-closing power on the rotor, so the velocity of closing will be faster under the closing force, the throttling buffer structure must be applied on the end of closing, avoiding damaging the servomotor. Some design features and main structure of two throttling buffer structures are briefly introduced.
