财政支农对我国农村居民消费影响的弹性效应分析

An Analysis on the Elastic Effect of the Influence of Financial Support in Agriculture to the Consumption of Rural Residents

一直以来,财政支农对农村居民消费的影响都是学者与政策制定者们的热议话题。特别是在中国,农村居民基数庞大,财政支农能否有效拉动农村居民消费,对于改善农民生活具有重要意义。通过多元回归分析,逐项探究财政支农支出对我国农村居民消费的影响,研究结果表明:财政支农支出对农村居民住房、医疗消费具有"挤入效应";对农村居民食品、文教消费具有"挤出效应";而对设备、衣着、交通和总消费的影响不够显著。

The influence of financial agricultural support on rural people consumption has been a focus for scholars and policy makers all the time.Especially in China,there is a large rural resident base,and if financial agricultural support can stimulate rural resident consumption effectively is of great importance on improving the quality of rural resident life.This paper makes a series of sequential analysis on the influence of financial support in agriculture to the consumption of rural residents.The results show that financial support in agriculture can promote housing consumption,medical consumption of rural residents,and can restrain food consumption,educational consumption of rural residents,but has no prominent effect on equipment consumption,clothing consumption and the total consumption.
