欠发达地区的全民创业理念研究——基于对吉林省的实证调查

Study on the Entrepreneurial Idea of the Whole People in the Underdeveloped Areas——Based on Empirical Investigation of Jilin Province

在梳理吉林省创业理念研究课题的实证调查数据基础上,以考察欠发达地区的全民创业理念为重点,从创业的内容和形式、创业项目依据标准和影响因素、创业的目的和价值等三个方面,深入分析了欠发达地区创业理念存在的问题及落后的根源。并从加大政府支持创业企业力度、提高全民创业意识、完善优化创业服务体系等三个方面,提出了改变人们创业理念的对策建议,进而促进欠发达地区的全民创业。

The author deeply analyzes the problems in the underdeveloped areas and the reasons for it from three aspects which are the content and form of entrepreneurship,the standard and influence factors of entrepreneurial projects,and the purpose and value of entrepreneurship.The analysis is based on the empirical investigation data according to the research topic about the entrepreneurial concept in Jilin Province,and focus on the investigation of national entrepreneurship concept in the underdeveloped areas.The author also gives suggestions about how to change people＇s entrepreneurial ideas from three aspects,which are increasing the enhancement of the government supports for the entrepreneurship,strengthening the awareness of the national entrepreneurship,and improving and optimizing the entrepreneurial service system,so that the national entrepreneurship in underdeveloped areas will be promoted.
