摘要
依据GBZ/T 160.39–2007方法测定作业场所空气中的1,3-丁二烯时,采用毛细管色谱柱分离样品,对HP–1,HP–FFAP,DB–17013种极性不同的毛细色谱柱进行了对比,确定采用HP–1柱。1,3-丁二烯的质量浓度在45~450μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,检出限为0.05μg/mL。解吸效率为87.9%~91.3%,方法精密度在1.5%~2.4%(n=6)之间。毛细管气相色谱法分离效果好,灵敏度高,方法检出限、精密度和解吸效率满足GBZ/T 160.39–2007的要求。
Three kinds of capillary columns such as HP–1, HP–FFAP and DB–1701 were compared as 1, 3-butadiene in the air of workplace was determined according to GBZ/T 160.39–2007 method, and HP–1 capillary column was choosen. The mass concentration of 1, 3-butadiene was linear with chromatographic peak area in the range of 45–450 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient more than 0.999, and the detection limit was 0.05 μg/mL. The desorption efficiency was 87.9%–91.3% and the relative standard deviation of detection results was 1.5%–2.4% (n=6). The gas capillary chromatography method has advantages in separation and sensitivity, and the detection limit, precision, chromatographic desorption of which can meet the requirement of GBZ/T 160.39–2007 method.
