摘要 在0.08 mol/L氢溴酸介质中,TlBr4–和甲基绿形成稳定的蓝紫色缔合物,该缔合物被乙酸异戊脂萃取后用分光光度法测定高氯废水中的铊。在最佳吸收波长590 nm处,铊的质量浓度在0~5μg/(10 mL)范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9987,检出限为0.0053μg/mL。测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.99%~3.38%(n=6),样品加标回收率为96.55%~98.04%。该方法操作简单,可应用于高氯废水中铊的测定。 In the medium of 0.08 mol/L hydrobromide, a stable of blue-purple association complex that TlBr4–and methyl green formed was extracted by acetate, which was used for spectrophotometric determination of thallium in waste water with high chlorid. At the optimal absorption wavelength of 590 nm, thallium concentrations showed a good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 0–5 μg/(10 mL), the correlation coefficient was 0.998 7, and the detection limit was 0.005 3 μg/mL. The relative standard deviation of determination results was 1.99%–3.38%(n=6), and the recovery rate was 96.55%–98.04%. The method is simple to operate, and it is suitable for the determination of thallium in waste water with high chloride.
