肾性高血压患者腹膜透析前后大动脉脉搏波速度的比较

摘要 目的:通过对比腹膜透析前后肾性高血压患者脉搏波速度(PWV)变化,探讨腹膜透析治疗对于肾性高血压患者血管硬化的影响。方法对110例肾性高血压患者在进行腹膜透析前以及透析后3个月后的 PWV 进行测量,并结合血压等相关因素进行统计学分析。结果肾性高血压患者在经腹膜透析后,PWV 下降差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),在进行腹膜透析前后,患者的血压改变没有统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论对于肾性高血压患者,进行腹膜透析能够控制动脉硬化的过程。腹膜透析延缓动脉粥样硬化机制除了降低 PMV 外,还存在其他因素。 Objective To explore the effects of peritoneal dialysis on angiosclerosis in renal hypertensive patients by comparing pulse wave velocity(PWV)before and after the treatment.Methods PWVs of 110 renal hypertensive patients were measured before and after peritoneal dialysis for 3 months, and the data were analyzed combined with blood pressure.Results PWV declined after peritoneal dialysis in renal hypertensive patients,the difference was significant(P 〈0.05 ),whereas the levels of blood pressure had not any change(P 〉0.05).Conclusion Peritoneal dialysis could control the process of angiosclerosis in renal hypertensive patients.Besides PWV,other factors associated with the mechanism need to be explored in the future.
