海洋钻井隔水管系统用挠性装置技术研究及发展趋势 被引量:1

摘要 深水海洋钻井隔水管系统用挠性装置是海洋钻井隔水管系统中的关键装置之一,能够有效补偿隔水管系统在波、浪、流等环境载荷作用及船体运动时产生的较大局部偏转角度,有效减少该处局部弯曲应力。针对海洋钻井隔水管系统用挠性装置的功能和技术现状进行了介绍;重点对国外专业公司所研制的上、中、下3种不同类型的挠性装置进行了深入研究和分析,剖析了其结构特点、性能参数和适用范围。给出了海洋钻井隔水管最大设计指南及提高挠性装置使用寿命的工程方法。提出了海洋钻井隔水管挠性装置的发展趋势及若干建议。 Flexjoint is one of key equipment of marine drilling riser,which can flexibly and effectively compensate riser system in large local deflection angle and reduce local bending stress generated by wave,current and vessel motion.Firstly,the flexjoint function and technical status were introduced.Secondly,three different types of foreign prof essional company were researched and analyzed in detail such as diverter flexjoint,middle flexjoint and subsea flexjoint,and structure features,performance characteristics and scope of application were analyzed.Again,maximum design guidelines of marine drilling riser and engineering methods of improving the equipment life were introduced as well.Finally,the development trends of FlexJoint and a number of recommendations were proposed.
