摘要 在大斜度井和长水平段水平井滑动钻井时,托压、粘卡严重,制约了钻井速度的提高。研制了井下钻柱三维水力振动器,能够在径向和轴向上主动产生振动,减少滑动摩阻,增加有效钻压。在长庆油田进行了水力振动器的试验与应用,结果表明,在其他条件相同的情况下,加接水力振动器后,滑动钻进速度最多提高了100.96%,取得了非常显著的效果。 During the process of curve section or long radius drilling in the horizontal well,between the drilling string and wellbore,the phenomenon of friction,sticking and backing pressure is very serious.The Hydro-oscillator newly developed could make vibration in radial direction and axial.So the tool could reduce the sliding friction and increase the effective drill pressure to the bit.This tool was widely tested in Changqing oilfield.The result shows that,under the same conditions,with this tool,sliding drilling speed is up to 100.96% and sliding drilling achieved significant results.
