Exploration on Prof. LIAN Jianwei's Clinical Experiences in Treating Miscellaneous Diseases Within the Perspective of Phlegm and Stasis Differentiation

连建伟教授认为痰、饮、瘀三者因脏腑功能失调以至气血津液代谢失常而产生,痰饮日久可致血行不利而为瘀,痰瘀为杂病常见病理因素。通过梳理痰瘀和脏腑气化的关系,分析张仲景、叶天士痰瘀并治的临床实践,探析其学术渊源,并举妇科癥瘕、咳嗽、眩晕临床验案三则,以示其从痰瘀论治杂病经验。

Prof. LIAN Jianwei recognized that phlegm,fluids and blood stasis are caused by the abnormal metabolisms of qi,blood and fluids due to disorder of viscera functions and stagnation of phlegm as well as long- term fluids leading to unsmooth blood circulation to form the blood stasis,therefore the common pathological factors of miscellaneous diseases are phlegm and blood stasis. The associations of blood stasis and phlegm with viscera qi transformation were sorted out and the clinical practice of phlegm and blood stasis simultaneous treatment by ZHANG Zhongjing and YE Tianshi were analyzed to investigate its academic origins. The clinical cases of abnormal mass in gynecology department,cough and vertigo were used to present the therapeutic experiences of treating miscellaneous diseases within the perspective of phlegm and blood stasis.
