摘要
地方大学主要是由一大批教学型大学和若干所教学研究型大学所组成,其主要任务是教学,对教学进行研究,对教材、课程、学科进行研究,提升地方大学教学学术水平,提高教育教学质量以及人才培养质量。因而地方大学坚持以教学为中心,将其主要任务落实到教学及教学研究上来,提升教学学术水平理应成为地方大学求生存、求发展的命脉。
Local universities include a group of teaching-oriented universities and a certain group of teaching and research-oriented universities.Their main objects are teaching,and studies toward teaching,textbook,curriculum,and discipline,so as to improve the teaching and research performance,to upgrade the quality of education and cultivation of talented people.Consequently,the local universities must be teaching-oriented,and they＇d better implement its main task to teaching and teaching study in order to grasp the lifeblood of increasing the teaching level.
