摘要 高校教师教学影响力弱化是一个重要而复杂的实际问题,可以从不同的学科角度对其进行理论分析。大学教学管理中规训式教学文化根深蒂固而创生型教学文化尚未形成;大学教师在课堂"政治空间"的权力权威滑落;大学教学渗入现实社会的利益化与世俗化,师生交换关系明显;教师承载不同的社会角色期待,教师表现未能完全符合或达到学生期望;大学教师生态位重叠,教学中师生生态平衡被打破。通过多学科分析试图为深层次理解并消解这一问题提供理论借鉴。 It is an important and complex practical problem that the teachers' teaching influence is weakening in universities,which can be analyzed theoretically from different disciplines.1)The disciplining teaching culture is deep-rooted while creative teaching culture has not yet formed in the university teaching management.2) The power and authority of university teachers in the classroom"political space"goes downward.3) The interests and secularization of the social reality has infiltrateds the process of teaching,which makes the relationship of exchange between teachers and students obvious.4) Teachers carry different social roles expectations and fail to fully meet students' expectations.5) The niche of university teachers overlap,and ecological balance between teachers and students in teaching has been broken.This paper through the multidisciplinary analysis of the reason for the weakening of teaching influence in universities provides the theoretical reference for deep understanding and resolution of this problem.
