体验式教学强调模拟性、趣味性,广泛应用于团体辅导中。在阐述团体辅导与课堂教学的差异的基础上,详细介绍了心理学课堂教学应用体验式教学的教学步骤:第一步,是引发感性体验;第二步,是学生上台分享体验;第三步,是教师总结点评和理论讲解。相对于传统的讲授式教学:体验式教学能够更好地激发学生学习积极性,活跃课堂气氛;既促进学生对知识的掌握,又培养学生的能力;心理教育效果更好;同时,提高教师的教学乐趣、教学技能和教学成就感。

Experiential Teaching,an important teaching method in psychology group counseling,pays attention to the interest and imitation of the real life.This article elaborates the difference between group counseling and class teaching,and introduces the teaching procedures in the teaching of psychology class： firstly,to initiate perceptual experience of the students; secondly,the students go up to the platform and shares their experiences; thirdly,the teacher summarizes,makes comments and explains the related theory.Compared to the traditional inculcation teaching,the experiential teaching can stimulate the initiative of the students,enliven the atmosphere of the class; help the students acquire knowledge and cultivate their capacities;and,promote the education of psychological health.Meanwhile,it also can urge the teachers to improve their teaching skill,interest and teaching accomplishment.
