A Study on the Legal System Construction in Qinghai

十八届四中全会提出:"要全面推进依法治国,建设中国特色社会主义法治体系,建设社会主义法治国家。"按照法治国家建设的要求,法治青海建设必须突出地方特点,围绕存在的主要问题,提出切实可行的措施。为此,本文就法治青海建设的基本内容、面临的主要问题进行思考,探索推进法治青海建设的相关途径及实施办法。

The fourth plenary session of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that China is to form a system serving ＂the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics＂ and build a country under ＂the socialist rule of law＂. In accordance with the construction requirements of the country ruled by law,the construction of legal system of Qinghai should highlight the regional characteristics and put forward, based on the major problems, the feasible measures so as to promote the legal system construction in Qinghai. This paper, starting with an introduction of the basic contents of legal system construction in Qinghai, is to analyze the major problems in the construction and offer effective solutions for bigger improvements in the expectation of showing a positive situation in the process of development.
