碎解条件以及添加碎解助剂对OCC浆料性能的影响

Effect of Repulping Parameters and Adding Repulp Additive on Slurry Properties of OCC

该实验选择废旧瓦楞箱纸板（OCC）为研究对象。首先实验从预处理时间、浆浓、转子转速和碎解温度等几个方面研究不同的碎解条件对废纸碎化后浆料性能的影响；其次，实验通过分别添加十二烷基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂和Na2SiO3化学预处理OCC废纸后，与空白样做比较，测定其纤维组分含量、打浆度以及观察OCC废纸浆纤维的物理形态；最后，对未添加碎解助剂和添加碎解助剂的OCC废纸浆的电荷特性做了分析比较。

This experiment chose cardboard corrugated box（OCC） as the research object. First, we studied re pulping parameters in effect of slurry properties in the aspects of pretreatment time, pulp consistency, rotor speed ,breaking time and so on. Secondly, in contrast with the blank sample, the test of adding pulp addictive：sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate （ SDBS ） in the OCC pulp or chemical pretreatment of wastepaper was made . The fiber component content and beating degree was determined. The physical form of the fiber of OCC pulp was observed. At last, we make a analysis and contrast of charge characteristic of OCC pulp with adding repulp addictive and without adding repulp.
