Social Issues on the Technological Achievements Characterized by Intellectual Property of the Research Universities—In Perspective of Innovation-driven Development Strategy

在中国,确保创新驱动发展战略有效实施的前置性要件多种多样,其中最重要的应是基于实践中的有效运用与创新驱动发展战略新视角,首先分清研究型大学与知识产权性科技成果及其社会效益等诸多问题的基本要义。据此不仅基于新视角探讨了研究型大学与知识产权性科技成果及社会效益的基本内涵,而且基于新视角对研究型大学知识产权性科技成果与社会效益相互关系等问题进行了分析,并以此支撑创新驱动发展战略的有效实施。

Focuses on effective application of innovation in practice as well as a new perspective are the most important pre-requisites of National Innovation Driven Development Strategy.Our research starts from clarifying the theoretical definition and basic meaning of Research University,Sci-Tech Achievements of intellectual property and social benefits,etc.Subsequently,we explore,discuss and analyze the most important factors and mechanism that determine the success of research activities and social benefits of its outcome,and hope the research to push the Research Universities to play agreater role in the National Innovation Driven Development Strategy.
