摘要
免疫毛细管电泳是一种新兴的快速检测技术,它结合了毛细管电泳和传统免疫分析的诸多优点,例如检出限低,检测时间短,检测范围广,操作简便等,是食品安全快速检测的有力工具。本文结合实例介绍了CEIA技术的基本原理和特点、免疫方式、分离方式、标记及检测方法及其在食品安全快速检测中的应用。
Capillary electrophoresis immunoassay is a new kind of detection technology. It's a powerful tool for rapid detection of food safety, since it is a combination of capillary electrophoresis and traditional analysis with a number of advantages, such as low detection limit, short detection time, wide adaptation range, easy and simple to handle, etc..The basic principle of CEIA technology, including immune model, CE separation format, labeling of antigen or antibody as tracer, and detection methods are introduced in the paper. Moreover, some related applications in rapid detection of food safety with CEIA technology are given.
