甲型流感中医学认识浅析

甲型流感位于传染性疾病之首,病情重,流行广。本研究从中医病因病机和防治等角度对甲型流感进行了论述,认为该病治疗当分清病因之主因、内因和助因,辨明疾病不同病理阶段,未病先防,增强正气,避免风热疫毒;既病防变,侧重辛凉解肌,轻清宣透,顾护肺胃阴津,兼以利湿化浊,务必尽早引邪外出。

Influenza A（ H1N1） is the first contagious disease for its severe conditions and extensive transmission.The pathogenesis and prevention of H1N1 has been investigated in the research. The conclusion achieved is that H1N1 treatment should clarify its etiologies as the principal,secondary and assistant causes,clearly differentiate its pathological stages,prevent before its occurrence and strengthen patients healthy qi to avoid the attack of wind,heat and epidemic factors; to prevent its developing should emphasize relieving muscles by pungent and cold herbs as well as clearing away heat and dispersing the epidemic factors,protect lung and stomach yin and combine promoting water and removing turbidness to draw the pathogenic factors out as soon as possible.
