摘要
对三氯氢硅精馏工艺进行了如下调整:提高精馏塔的蒸汽和冷却水流量;停车后重新开车时,对除硼树脂柱的三氯氢硅存液进行置换;对管线进行优化。调整后,三氯氢硅的质量和产量明显提高,满足了用户的需要。
The following improvements were made on trichlorosilane rectification process: increasing the flow of steam and cooling water for rectifying tower; replacing the trichlorosiliane residue in boron-removing resin column while starting-up again after shutdown; optimizing pipelines. These improvements improved the quality and output of products remarkably and user' s needs were met.
