工业水与纯水腐蚀碳钢的试验

Corrosion test of carbon steel in industrial water and in pure water

在不添加水处理剂的情况下,采用工业水与纯水对碳钢进行了腐蚀试验。试验表明:短时间内纯水对碳钢的腐蚀面积小、深,容易使设备穿孔;工业水对碳钢的腐蚀面积大、浅,容易使设备整体层状腐蚀。

Corrosion tests of carbon steel in industrial water and in pure water were made in the absence of water treatment chemicals. The results showed that the corrosion area of carbon steel in pure water was small, the corrosion holes were deep, and the corrosion led to penetration of equipment easily; while in industrial water, the area was large, the holes were shallow, and the corrosion led to whole delamination of equipment easily.
