回接内生真菌对玫瑰蜜葡萄生长及果实外观品质的影响初报 被引量:2

摘要 内生菌能够影响植物对营养的吸收和利用,影响抗逆性以及次生代谢等生理生化过程。本文为探究内生菌对葡萄生长及果实外观品质的影响,选取了9株从葡萄叶片分离的内生真菌并回接到玫瑰蜜葡萄上,于成熟期测定新梢生长及果实品质相关指标。结果表明,不同菌剂处理对新梢及叶片生长无显著影响,而对果实大小及单粒重、成熟度等有显著影响。试验结果证实内生菌能在一定程度上影响葡萄果实的外观品质,具有进一步深入研究和一定的实际利用价值。 Endophytes have been proved to disturb many physiological and biochemical process of plants such as: improved the absorption and utilization;of nutrients, increased stress resistance, alternated secondary metabolism pathways, and so on. In order to explore the functions of endophytes on appearance qualities of grapevine, nine strains of endophytic fungi which being isolated from wine grape leaves were inoculated on the leaves of local planted grapevine (V. vinifera-V. labrusca Rose Honey), and done measurement to shoots, leaves, fruits for multiple appearance parameters just before the harvest time. Results showed that endophytic fungi re-inoculation did not cause significant effect on the growth of shoot and leaf, but significantly affected the size and weigh of fruitt, and time of ripeness. These results implied the potential values of further study and application of endophytic fungi on grape quality regulation.
