摘要
温度作为一种物理参量,是工业生产中最普遍最重要的参数之一。为了能灵活地对温度进行测量,同时可以方便地改变控制范围的参数、增加可调节性,提出了本设计。本设计以LabVIEW软件为工具,在分析系统功能需求的基础上,介绍了包括前面板、流程图以及图标/连结器在内的虚拟温度采集报警系统的设计,同时介绍了数据采集的理论及虚拟仪器(VI)设计的相关技术,并给出了本系统的仿真结果。经仿真,本温度采集报警系统能很好地实现温度数据的采集,显示以及上下限的报警,并可以灵活地在0℃至100℃之间设定上下限报警温度,达到了设计的目的。
Temperature is a physical parameter and is one of the most common and important parameters in industrial production. In order to measure the temperature flexible enough, easily change the control parameters and increase the adjustability, this design is proposed. The design uses LabVIEW software as a tool, analyses the functional and requirements of the system and introduces the design of virtual temperature acquisition system, including the front panel, Block Diagram and Icon/Connector. It also introduces the theory of data acquisition and related technologies in design of virtual instrument,and the simulation results is introduced. From simulation result, this temperature acquisition alarm system can achieve good collection of data and the upper and lower temperature alarm. In summary, and it also can set the upper and lower alarm temperature between 0oC to 100oC, so it achieves the purpose of the design.
