摘要
介绍了便携式磁记忆检测仪硬件系统设计。根据磁记忆检测的基本原理,结合现场检测的实际要求,提出了一种基于嵌入式结构的便携式磁记忆检测仪设计方案。硬件系统采用模块化的设计思想,完成了基于S3C2440A微处理器的检测硬件平台的构建,同时采取有效措施减少了各种主要干扰源对仪器的影响,该系统功能齐全、操作简单方便、便于携带,符合现场检测实际应用要求。
This paper introduces the hardware desigh of a portable measuring system in magnetic memory testing. According to the basic principles of MMT(Magnetic Memory Testing), the portable magnetic memory detecting instrument based on the embedded configuration was developed. Based on Modular Design and S3C2440 A MPU, the hardware platform was designed and some effective measures was taken to reduce the influence of various main interference sources on the instrument. The system function complete, easy and convenient operation, easy to carry, conform to the requirements of the site inspection application.
