摘要 在很多自动控制及测量系统中需要精确检测大动态范围输入信号。但大范围高精度的数据采集系统成本大都很高。基于降低系统成本,提高数据采集精度的目的,本文提出一种全新的方法,采用普通运算放大器及STC系列单片机的PWM输出通道构成一种低成本的两级动态跟踪放大电路。利用STC系列单片机嵌入的多通道A/D完成两级数据采集、温度补偿及零点校正,提高数据采集精度。通过在直流大电流数据采集系统中的试验应用,证实该系统具有数据采集精度高、动态范围大、稳定性好、成本低等优点。 The need for accurate detection of large dynamic range in many automatic control and measurement system. But the cost of data acquisition system with high precision are very high. Reduce the cost of the system based on the improved data acquisition precision, this paper presents a new method, using STC series single-chip MCU PWM output channel and operation amplifier constitutes a low cost two level dynamic tracking amplifying circuit. Using STC Series MCU embedded multi channel A/D completed two level data acquisition, temperature compensation and zero adjustment, improve the accuracy of data acquisition. Through test and application in DC high current data acquisition system, confirmed that the data acquisition system with high precision, large dynamic range, good stability, low cost etc.
