摘要
作为医院信息化建设的一部分,门诊电子病历的实施是信息中心的一项重要工作。门诊电子病历系统实施遇到的问题与住院电子病历系统有所不同,从医生、患者角度分析问题的原因及特点,并探索解决问题的措施,保障门诊电子病历系统的运行。
As a part of the hospital information construction,implement of outpatient EMR is an important work of hospital information center.During the working we met some different problems unlike in—patient EMR.From the perspective of doctors,patients,analyzed the cause of the problem and characteristics,and explore the measure to solve the problem,ensure the operation of outpatient EMR system.
