患者全息视图系统的设计和应用

Design and Application of Holographic View System of Patients

目的:设计一套集成单个病人主要诊疗信息的可视化系统,以提高临床检索的效率,解决数据集中查询的需求。方法:患者全息视图系统结构采用B/S体系结构,面向对象设计,服务器端为医院数据库,通过电子病历权限授权给不同部门的医护人员使用。结果:该系统作为电子病历的子系统,己正式实施使用,授权用户可以通过电子病历或浏览器使用该系统。结论:该系统操作简单,界面友好,维护方便,有助于提高医疗质量,并已取得了良好的实际应用效果。

Objective：To improve the efficiency of clinical data retrieval and provide a solution to prevent medical information overload,we designed a set of integrated visual system which contains main clinical information and data of a single patient.Methods：Integrated user—views system,which is object—oriented designed,based on the architecture of B/S,and had been granted different sections to use in EMR system.The sever—side was the hospital database.Results：Integrated user—views,has been put into use as a subsystem of EMR.It can also be accessed by authorized users in a web browser.Conclusion：The system is simple,user—friendly and convenient for maintenance.It is helpful to improve the medical quality and has attained commendable effects when being put into practice.
