摘要
目的探讨高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定载大黄酸的空腔碳酸钙(Ca CO3)纳米球血药浓度,以评价其在大鼠体内缓释效果。方法采用HPLC法测定大鼠灌胃载大黄酸Ca CO3纳米球后不同时点大鼠血药浓度。结果大鼠灌胃10 mg/kg的载大黄酸Ca CO3纳米球后20 min检测到大黄酸,40 min后达到最大血药浓度,之后释放速度减慢,表明大黄酸Ca CO3纳米球在大鼠体内具有良好的缓释性能。结论大黄酸以空腔Ca CO3纳米球作为载体,在大鼠体内能够达到良好的缓释效果。
Objective To explore the method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)determination of Rhein loaded cavity calcium carbonate (CaCO3) concentration in blood of nano bal ,so as to evaluate the sustained release effect in rats in vivo.Methods Using the HPLC method for the determination of rats administered with carrier rhein CaCO3 nanoparticles at different time points after the rat blood drug concentration.Results Rats were gavaged with 10 mg/kg carrier rhein CaCO3 nanospheres after 20 min detect rhein,40 min after the maximum blood concen-tration after release,slow down,show the rhein CaCO3 nanospheres with good sustained release performance in rats. Conclusion Retinoic acid on the cavity CaCO3 nanoparticles as a carrier,in rats can achieve good ef ect of extended release.
