氧化苦参碱肠溶制剂的研究

目的探讨氧化苦参碱肠溶制剂的研制开发。方法制备氧化苦参碱肠溶微丸及片剂,在预实验基础上,结合单因素及正交实验结果确定氧化苦参碱肠溶微丸及片剂的处方与包衣工艺,对所得制剂的上药率、释放度等进行考察。结果确定氧化苦参碱肠溶微丸及片剂的处方及制备工艺。结论制备并得到符合肠溶制剂要求的氧化苦参碱肠溶微丸及肠溶片剂。

Objective To investigate the development of oxymatrine enteric coated formulation development steps.Methods The oxymatrine enteric-coated pel ets and tablets were prepared in the study.The excipients and the preparation technology used in this experiment were selected on the base of preliminary test,single-factor experimental design and the orthogonal experimental design.The yield of the pel ets and the release rate of the preparations were also detected in the article.Results The formulations of the oxymatrine enteric-coated pel ets and tablets were final y determined.Conclusion The qualified enteric-coated preparations of oxytmatrine were acquired in the study.
