辽源市老年农村居民呼吸系统疾病用药分析

Analysis of Respiratory System Disease of rural Residents Aged People in Liaoyuan City

目的评估辽源市老年农村居民中呼吸系统疾病人群的用药情况。方法对辽源市农村合作医疗患者2013年用药信息进行调取,统计65岁以上诊断为呼吸系统疾病患者的用药情况。结果 2013年辽源市65岁以上农村合作医疗患者呼吸系统疾病用药金额的统计显示,门诊药品总金额为61.692万元,住院患者药品总金额为106.630万元,且抗菌药物在农村老年呼吸道疾病患者用药金额方面占第1位,祛痰药物及平喘药物排在第2位和第3位。结论东北地区老年农村呼吸系统疾病患者对抗菌药物、祛痰药物及平喘药物需求量较大,可加大扶持力度,减轻患者经济负担,同时还需加强对抗菌药物的用药监管。

Objective To evaluate the drug situation basic group of respiratory system of rural residents in Liaoyuan city in the elderly.Methods We draw on the drug consumption data of the rural cooperative medical care patients of Liaoyuan in 2013 and extracted the data of patients who aged more than 65 years and diagnosed with respiratory system diseases.Results Display statistics in 2013 over 65 years old in Liaoyuan city of rural cooperative medical care in patients with respiratory system disease outpatient drug amount,the total amount of 616 920 yuan,inpatient drug for a total amount of 1 066 300 yuan,and the antibacterial drugs accounted for first in the rural elderly respiratory disease patients the amount of medication,expectorant and antiasthmatic drugs ranked second and third.Conclusion The middle-aged and elderly patients with respiratory system diseases in northeast area is bigger to antibacterial drugs,expectorant and antiasthmatic drug demand,can increase support for efforts to reduce the economic burden of patients,but also the need to enhance the antimicrobial drug supervision.
