前列地尔联合替米沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效

The Clinical Curative Effect of Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy with Alprostadil Combined with Telmisartan

目的探讨前列地尔联合替米沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法收集2014年1月至2015年1月在我院就诊治疗的86例早期糖尿病肾病患者资料,运用随机双盲法进行分组,对照组43例患者应用替米沙坦进行治疗,观察组43例患者在对照组基础上应用前列地尔进行治疗,比较两组患者的生化指标。结果两组患者治疗前生化指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后,观察组患者的尿微量清蛋白、24 h尿蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐下降程度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论前列地尔与替米沙坦联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果更为突出。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of alprostadil combined with telmisartan in treating early diabetic nephropathy.Methods From 2014 January to 2015 January in our hospital treatment of 86 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients,the use of a double blind randomized grouping,43 patients in the control group given telmisartan treatment,the observation group of 43 patients in the control group based on the application of alprostadil treatment,compared two groups of biochemical indexes.Results The biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment,no significant difference（P〉0.05）;after the treatment,the observation group of patients with urinary albumin,24 h urinary protein,blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine levels decreased significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Effect of alprostadil combined with telmisartan in treating early diabetic nephropathyis more prominent,the clinical effect of higher value.
