低分子肝素钙治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭伴2型呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效

The Clinical Curative effect of the Patients with Type 2 Respiratory Failure of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium in the Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary heart Disease Complicated with Heart Failure

目的探讨低分子肝素钙治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭伴2型呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法随机收集63例慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭伴2型呼吸衰竭患者资料分为观察组32例和对照组31例,对照组患者予以常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钙治疗7 d,对两组患者的治疗效果、血气分析及肺动脉指标进行分析。结果观察组患者总有效率为93.8%,明显优于对照组的80.6%,差异有统计学意义。两组患者治疗前的二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)、血氧分压(Pa O2)和肺动脉压指标比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);两组患者治疗后观察指标均有明显改善,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙能有效治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭伴2型呼吸衰竭,可提升心肺功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure complicated with type 2 respiratory failure.Methods Randomly 63 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure in patients with respiratory failure of type 2 is divided into the observation group 32 cases and control group 31 cases,control group was given routine treatment,the observation group in the conventional treatment combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of 7 d,two groups of treatment effect,blood gas analysis and lung arterial index analysis. Results Patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 93.8%,significantly better than the control group 80.6%,the difference has statistical significance.Differences between the two groups of patients before treatment PaO2,PaCO2 and pulmonary artery pressure index had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）;the two group patients after the observation indexes were obviously improved,and the observation group improved was greater than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium can be effective in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease heart failure and type 2 respiratory failure, improve heart and lung function.
