氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗老年高血压患者的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Amlodipine Combined with Enalapril in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗老年高血压患者的临床疗效。方法收集2012年6月至2014年7月我院收治的老年高血压80例患者资料,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者给予氨氯地平,观察组患者在此基础上给予依那普利,比较两组患者的治疗效果及生活质量评分。结果经治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率、生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论老年高血压采用氨氯地平与依那普利联合治疗效果较好,可明显改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with enalapril in treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 80 elderly patients with hypertension from 2012 June to 2014 July in our hospital patients,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with amlodipine,patients in the observation group on the basis of enalapril,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared and the quality of life score.Results After the treatment,the observation of patients in the treatment group total effective rate,quality of life score was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Senile hypertension with amlodipine and enalapril treatment effect is better,and improve the patients quality of life.
