垂体后叶素联合缩宫素在子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果

Vasopressin and Oxytocin in the Application Effect of Myomectomy

目的探讨垂体后叶素联合缩宫素在子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果。方法收集2012年5月至2014年5月于本院行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术88例患者资料,按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组,对照组44例患者应用缩宫素治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用垂体后叶素治疗,比较两组患者术中情况和用药后30、60 min血压变化情况。结果试验组患者术中出血量和手术时间均少于对照组(均P<0.05);用药后30 min比较组收缩压与舒张压高于对照组(P<0.05),用药后60 min两组血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤剔除术中联合应用垂体后叶素和缩宫素进行治疗,效果明显。

Objective To investigate the vasopressin and oxytocin in myomectomy application ef ects.Methods 2012 May to 2014 May were selected from our hospital in 88 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy patients,randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in the control group using oxytocin treatment,the comparison group in the control group based on the use of pituitrin treatment,were compared in two groups and after treatment 30 and 60 min blood pressure change.Results A comparison group of intraoperative bleeding and operation time were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;after 30 min comparison group of systolic and diastolic blood pressure was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,no significant blood pressure medication after 60min,the dif erence between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion In myomectomy combined use of vasopressin and oxytocin curative ef ect.
