雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗感染后咳嗽患儿的临床疗效

The Clinical Curative Effect of Atomizing Inhalation Combined with Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Infantile Postinfectious Cough

目的探讨雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗感染后咳嗽患儿的临床疗效。方法收集本院2013年7月至2014年7月感染后咳嗽84例患儿资料,将患儿随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组患儿予以孟鲁司特钠治疗,研究组患儿予以雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察两组患儿的咳嗽症状评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组患儿的咳嗽症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠能有效缓解患儿的咳嗽症状,且无明显不良反应发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atomizing inhalation combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of infantile postinfectious cough.Methods 84 cases of children with cough were randomly selected in our hospital from 2013 July to 2014 July after infection,were randomly divided into control group and study group, control group was given montelukast sodium treatment,study group to aerosol inhalation combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of the two groups were observed,the cough symptom scores and adverse reaction incidence. Results After treatment,the research group of children with cough symptom scores than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）;adverse reaction of two groups of children with rate comparison,no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Aerosol inhalation combined with montelukast sodium can effectively al eviate the symptoms of cough in children,and no obvious adverse reaction.
