前列腺素E_2栓用于足月妊娠引产的临床疗效

Clinical Oservation of Prostaglandin E_2 Suppositories for Induction of Term Pregnancy

目的探讨前列腺素E_2栓用于足月妊娠引产的临床疗效及安全性。方法收集60例足月妊娠引产产妇资料,将产妇随机分为两组,对照组产妇给予缩宫素治疗,试验组产妇给予前列腺素E_2栓。对比两组产妇的临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果试验组产妇总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后试验组产妇2、4、6、8 h的宫颈Bishop评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),不良反应试验组2例,对照组6例,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对足月妊娠引产实施前列腺素E_2栓治疗可有效促进产妇宫颈成熟,缩短产程,提高引产成功率。

Objective To investigate the prostaglandin E_2 bolt used in late pregnancy induction of clinical efficacy and safety.Methods Col ected 60 cases of women in late pregnancy induction data were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were given oxytocin treatment,the experimental group were treated with prostaglandin E_2 bolt.Clinical comparative study of two groups of patients and adverse reactions.Results The total efficiency of the test group were significantly higher,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）.After administration of the test group were 2,4,6,8 h Bishop score were higher,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）,6 cases of adverse reaction test group 2 patients in the control group,the difference no statistical y significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of labor induction in term pregnancy prostaglandin E_2 suppositories treatment can effectively promote maternal cervical ripening,shorten the stages of labor,improve the success rate.
