风险管理在内科护理中应用效果

Application Effect of Risk Management in Nursing in Department of Internal Medicine

目的探讨采用风险管理在内科护理中的应用效果。方法收集2012年6月至2013年6月本院内科收治的150例患者资料,将患者作为对照组,以常规内科护理模式护理;另收集2013年7月至2014年7月本院内科收治的150例患者资料,将患者作为试验组,以风险管理模式护理。回顾性分析两组患者的风险事件发生率、投诉事件发生率、护理服务质量评价以及临床满意度情况。结果试验组患者的风险事件发生率以及投诉率均低于对照组;试验组患者的护理满意度及护理服务质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论将风险管理模式应用于临床内科的护理服务工作中,能有效降低风险事件的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of using the application of risk management in nursing in the Department of internal medicine.Methods Choose admitted to hospital medicine from June 2012 to June 2013 period as a control group of 150 patients,the line to routine medical care model;Choose from July 2013 to July 2014 during the hospital admitted 150 patients medicine as the experimental group,the line to risk management. Retros-pectively analyzed two groups of patients the incidence of risk events,the incidence of complaints,evaluate quality of care and clinical satisfaction situation.Results In the test group risk event rate and complaint rate was lower than the control group;the nursing satisfaction and nursing service quality score of test group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The risk management model used in clinical medicine care work,can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events,worth in clinical widely used.
