Effects of Enteral Nutrition on Standardized Nursing care of Critically ill Patients

摘要 目的探讨肠内营养规范化护理在危重症患者中的效果。方法收集96例危重症患者资料并将患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各48例,对照组患者给予常规护理,试验组患者在对照组基础上给予肠内营养规范化护理,比较两组患者的不良反应发生率。结果试验组患者的胃管堵塞、腹泻、便秘、胃潴留、误吸不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对危重症患者实施肠内营养规范化护理可有效提高患者的治疗效果,降低并发症的发生率。 Objective To explore the nursing of enteral nutrition standardization in critical y ill patients effect. Methods 96 cases of critical y il patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each 48 cases,the control group was given conventional nursing,the experimental group was given enteral nutrition standard nursing on the basis of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The test group tube jam,diarrhea,constipation,gastric retention,aspiration of the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion The effects of enteral nutrition on standardized nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect of the implem-entation of critical y il patients,reduce the incidence of complications.
